Industrial Asset Management Made Simple
Our Inspectors are certified ASNT-SNT-TC-1A Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) technicians. Our NDT methods yield in-depth quantitative results, allowing us to calculate corrosion rates and find areas of excessive deterioration. We can then recommend the preventative maintenance needed to mitigate the probability of a hazardous discharge into the environment and avoid more costly repairs later on.
We perform both fixed interval inspections and risk-based inspections to provide insight into the structural integrity of your assets when it is most needed. Our expert API 653, API 510, STI SP0001, and API 570 inspections will uncover exactly how well your tank is holding up, to both outside elements and the product it contains.
OUR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Above Ground Tank Inspection
- Visual Inspections
- Ultrasonic Testing
- Magnetic Particle Testing / Magnaflux Inspection
- Penetrant Dye Testing
- Vacuum Box Testing
- Radiographic Testing
- Ultrasonic Thickness Testing

Why Missouri is Choosing NDT Tanknicians
The Show-Me State is home to a large number of petroleum and chemical manufacturing companies, including Frost Oil, Big River Oil, PPG, Bi-State Emulsions Inc., Jost Chemical, Luebbering Oil Company, and J.D. Streett & Co. The state’s robust freight transportation infrastructure, including the USA’s third-largest hub for freight rail and a large number of bustling airports, connect Missouri to domestic and international market with ease. We are proud to offer our non-destructive tank testing and inspection services to the companies that are driving Missouri’s thriving economy, and we understand the unique challenges faced by these businesses.
Missouri’s Tornado Alley location makes it vulnerable to severe thunderstorms, hail storms, and tornadoes. We offer lining and coating services to help protect storage tanks and pressure vessels against this type of environmental damage. The 2022 Edwardsville oil spill which resulted in the release of over 160,000 gallons of crude oil into the Madison County waterways, as well as the 2019 Keystone spill, have demonstrated the importance of ensuring the structural integrity and compliance of storage tanks and pressure vessels. We help our Missourian customers reduce their risk of environmentally harmful and financially costly accidents through our expert testing, inspection, and repair services, as well as our engineering services.
